Chapter 7. Gambling

After Jack sold the lake to Martin he felt like he deserved some good time, so he took a tuk tuk into the city and went to a local bar with an illegal casino in it. He wanted to gamble with the money he made today.
Alexa, who had found out where Jack was living, decided to follow Jack into town. She wanted to get him drunk and to trap him in signing the lake over to her for free. She had no idea that Jack just sold the lake to Martin one day before.
Jack was just sitting in the bar when he saw Alexa arriving with also a tuk tuk. Jack liked what he saw because Alexa was wearing a very sexy dress and she was looking at him with a very sexy smil on her face when she walked into the bar. Jack couldn’t resist this beautiful appearance so he stood up and invited Alexa to sit with him.
“Hi handsome man, are you alone tonight.” Alexa asked.
“Yeah, can I offer you a drink?”
That is something you don’t wanna ask to Alexa because she called the waiter immediately and said ” A bottle of the best champagne please.”
After talking a little bit, Alexa felt that her plan to get Jack drunk was going to slow,so she thought of something different. She invited him to go upstairs to the casino because she knew it was more dark over there. She would order a new drink for Jack and put some drugs in it without anybody seeing her doing that, so that he would get drunk much faster.
After a few hours playing and a couple more drinks, Jack was really getting drunk and was about to loose all the money he brought with him. But because he was sitting at a table with a few very beautiful young ladies, he didn’t want to give up so he kept playing with them.
Angelo who was working par-time in the casino as security manager saw that Jack was only loosing all the time, so he went to the table. “Hey mister, you are far over the limit. Do you have money to pay your debts?”
Jack was a little worried how he could pay up after loosing more then he had brought with him, and asked Alexa “Can you help me out? Please.”
This was the moment Alexa was waiting for the whole evening, so she said “Okay Jack, no problem. I will borrow you the money, just sign here and everything is fine.” Alexa showed Jack a contract to sign over the lake to her, but because it was all written in Thai, Jack had no idea what he was about to sign.
” But I cannot read this” he said ” everything on this paper is written in Thai language.”
But Alexa told him to trust her and because he was to drunk to think clear and just wanted to get home without any problems, he signed the contract.
So now Alexa was the new proud owner of the lake next to my village, or at least, she thought she was.
